The profession of a lawyer requires preparation, balance, the ability to identify and weigh all aspects of a matter, as well as timing to seize the moment to assert one′s rights. An irreplaceable aid to achieve this is provided to me by sports, particularly running, which teaches me how to calibrate my efforts and is an unparalleled tool for releasing tension. More than once, ideas on how to tackle, and often solve, a problem posed by a client have come to me after a jogging session, preferably in the countryside, where the absence of noise promotes relaxation and subsequent concentration. As a writer who used running to approach his creative work said:

My passion for sport leads me to embrace the Olympic motto "Citius, Altius, Fortius", which pushes me to always surpass my adversaries, in a spirit of fairness and correctness that should characterise every aspect of my professional activity, just as in sports.
